Kato built in Japan. Original box shows moderate shelf wear with multiple tears.. No spare parts. Model has a nice factory painted finish, #39973. Model is factory painted and lettered for the Amtrak Phase IVb paint scheme. Extremely hard to find car as the was only offered directly from the Amtrak Gift Shop. Please note: 7" Uni-Track section is missing and not included.
