ReSourced Rails Shop Pay Installments Policy

ReSourced Rails is pleased to offer Shop Pay Installments as an optional payment method for qualifying purchases. Shop Pay Installments allows eligible customers to divide the cost of a purchase into multiple payments rather than paying the entire purchase price at checkout.

The following policy explains how Shop Pay Installments applies to purchases made through ReSourced Rails.

1. Eligibility and Approval

Shop Pay Installments is offered through Shop Pay and its participating lending partners. Availability is subject to eligibility requirements and may vary depending on the customer, purchase amount, financing terms, and other factors determined by the financing provider.

ReSourced Rails does not determine whether a customer qualifies for Shop Pay Installments and cannot guarantee approval.

Available payment plans, payment amounts, annual percentage rates (APR), down-payment requirements, and other financing terms are determined by Shop Pay Installments and its participating lending partners at the time of checkout.

Customers should review all financing terms presented during checkout before completing their purchase.

2. Customer Financial Information

Any personal, financial, credit, or other information submitted in connection with an application for Shop Pay Installments is handled through Shop Pay Installments and its participating lending partners.

ReSourced Rails does not determine financing eligibility, establish financing rates or terms, or make lending decisions. Questions concerning approval, payment schedules, financing terms, or an existing Shop Pay Installments plan should be directed to the appropriate financing provider.

3. Available Payment Options

Qualifying customers may be presented with one or more installment options during checkout. The options available to an individual customer depend upon eligibility and the amount of the purchase.

Some qualifying purchases may be eligible for interest-free installment options, while other purchases may be offered monthly financing subject to an applicable APR.

The availability of a particular payment plan should not be assumed until it is presented and approved during checkout.

4. Shop Pay Installments and Pre-Orders

Shop Pay Installments may be available for qualifying pre-order purchases made through ReSourced Rails.

Customers should understand that financing a pre-order through Shop Pay Installments is different from making a traditional ReSourced Rails pre-order deposit. When Shop Pay Installments is used, the financing agreement and payment schedule are established at the time the transaction is completed.

For products with extended fulfillment periods, installment payments may become due before the merchandise is delivered. This is particularly important for brass and brass-hybrid pre-orders, which may be placed months or, in some cases, more than a year before the anticipated delivery date.

The delivery schedule of a pre-ordered model does not postpone or modify payments owed under a customer's Shop Pay Installments financing agreement.

Estimated production and delivery dates remain subject to manufacturer and importer schedules and may change. ReSourced Rails cannot modify, suspend, or reschedule Shop Pay Installments payments because of a manufacturer or importer production delay.

5. Pre-Order Payment Notices

Customers using Shop Pay Installments for merchandise that may require more than 30 days for fulfillment should be aware that payments under their financing agreement may begin well before the merchandise is received.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the payment schedule provided through Shop Pay Installments before completing a financed pre-order.

Use of Shop Pay Installments does not alter the production schedule, delivery estimate, reservation status, or other terms applicable to a ReSourced Rails pre-order.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Purchases made using Shop Pay Installments remain subject to all applicable ReSourced Rails cancellation, return, pre-order, and refund policies.

If ReSourced Rails approves a cancellation or refund, the appropriate transaction will be processed through the original payment method. Any resulting adjustment to an installment plan, outstanding balance, payment schedule, or financing agreement is handled by Shop Pay Installments and/or its participating lending partner.

ReSourced Rails cannot directly cancel individual installment payments, modify a financing agreement, change an APR, or alter a customer's payment schedule.

Customers remain responsible for payments required under their financing agreement until any applicable refund or adjustment has been processed by the financing provider.

7. ReSourced Rails Is Not a Lender

ReSourced Rails is the retailer providing the merchandise associated with the transaction. ReSourced Rails is not the lender and does not establish or control the financing terms offered through Shop Pay Installments.

Offering Shop Pay Installments as a checkout option should not be interpreted as a guarantee that financing will be available for every customer or every purchase.

ReSourced Rails cannot override an eligibility decision or offer the same financing terms independently if a customer does not qualify for Shop Pay Installments.

8. Questions About Your Purchase

Questions regarding the merchandise itself—including availability, condition, shipping, delivery estimates, pre-order status, or ReSourced Rails policies—should be directed to ReSourced Rails.

Questions regarding Shop Pay Installments eligibility, financing approval, payment schedules, APR, financing terms, or an existing installment agreement should be directed to Shop Pay Installments or the applicable lending partner.

Shop Pay Installments Financing Disclosure

Shop Pay Installments financing is subject to eligibility review. Rates can range from 0% to 36% APR, available options depend on the purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. Financing is provided through participating lending partners rather than by ReSourced Rails.
