Model imported by S. Soho & Co. and built by Kumata in Japan. Box shows some wear, with box lid taped - see photos. No spare parts. This model represents SP's (leased to Northwestern Pacific) 60' business car circa 1962. Paintwork is excellent. Model has been totally rebuilt with a scratch built and very detailed underframe. Model fitted with Walthers 4-wheel Pullman-Standard trucks and scale Intermountain wheelsets. Full glazing on the car and plastic diaphragms have been added. The model has a small air conditioning unit under the observation window per prototype. An excellent model, great for NWP and SP. This particular car was assigned to the NWP as their business car.
