1983 run Oriental Limited model built by Samhongsa in Korea. Box shows minimal shelf wear. Spare parts included. Large number boards as initially used on the 1947 Empire Builder. This engine represents a circa 1962 appearance with snowplow, which was installed later in life. These engines were quickly moved from the mountainous division and was used on the flat territory on the eastern part of the Great Northern and used on the Red River, the International, the Badger, and the Gopher passenger train. These engines were used until 1967 when they were traded in to EMD for the new SDP45's. Excellent paint a sweet runner!
