Represents UP road number 3961 This was one of 74 units built originally for the Missouri Pacific, (Their Nos. 6054 - 6073. These became UP Nos, 3954 - 3973.) The "C" designation indicates modifications such as the addition of dynamic brakes and added ballast to improve the handling of the locomotive. It's a very rare and harder to find model as only 8 models of this version were imported and not all of them were painted by OMI's painters. Finished with glazing in the windows and lenses in the lights.
