Built in Japan by Kumata. Box shows moderate and heavy shelf wear, box top is torn, and written on. (see photos). Factory plated. Model does include Central Valley trucks, bolster hardware, and Lambert paperwork. Cars were delivered to the C&O and later purchased by D&RGW. Very unique looking car.
