HO Brass model scratch built by Joe G. Collias into Missouri Pacific 5300 class 4-8-2 specifications as built. We believe the chassis to be from a PFM - Toby 8-coupled locomotive but it has been modified. Boiler and cab are of unknown origin, heavily modified and detailed. The tender appears to be mostly stock USRA style coal tender of unknown origin. Detailed throughout to road number 5306 specific safety appliances and options. Paint work is great. Solidly assembled, both locomotive and tender are very well done. This will be a wonderful project for any steam era Mopac modeler to complete. NOTE: A can motor has been installed and a portion of the gearbox is included. In addition, the valve gear binds against the cylinders and will require new parts to sovle these issue. As such, this is being sold AS-IS and as a project.
