We believe this to be a 1970 run Balboa imported model built by Katsumi in Japan. Box shows moderate shelf wear. Foam replaced with aftermarket foam. No spare parts. Very nice pro-paint with minimal wear. The more desirable de-skirted version. Skirts are included and they are painted Black. Finished with MV Lenses in the lighting and glazing in the windows. Would make for a great runner on your layout.
