1991 run Overland Models, Inc. imported model built by Ajin Precision Mfg. in Korea. Box shows very minimal shelf wear. Spare parts included. This model represents an Evans Steel Coil Car with full walkways and with angled covers. This is a rare and highly sought after model, as only 75 of the unpainted models of this version were imported. The number of "Custom Painted By OMI" models is only a fraction of that number and they were painted for various roads.

Decorated: "Custom Painted by OMI" on the label indicates that this model is considered to be Factory Painted. This model was imported unpainted. Overland had a cadre of professional painters that painted many of these unpainted models. The quality of their work was the equivalent of factory paint work of the era. Thus, this model is considered to be factory painted. This one is finished in Norfolk and Western, black w/white lettering. Norfolk & Western/Pittsburg & Lake Erie covers. Road number170004.
Couplers/Trucks: No couplers/metal wheels. Sprung trucks a nice touch.
