2003 run Overland Models, Inc. imported model built by Ajin Precision Mfg. in Korea. Box shows almost no wear. Spare parts included. Factory installed window glazing. C415 number 420 was one of ten 1500 horsepower units (Nos 415 - 424) built for the Rock Island by Alco between September and October of 1966. They were delivered in this maroon and yellow paint scheme. Used primarily in the Chicago area, they were occasionally utilized elsewhere on the railroad. A very nice model with modest signs of use and a smooth and quiet runner. Serial number 16 of 30. This model is harder to find, as Overland Models only imported a total of 30 in this paint scheme, broken up over 3 road numbers.
